1 General Terms & Conditions

Ec333 (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other designated regions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between ec333 and its users.

These Terms are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version shall prevail. ec333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice, and changes take effect from the date of publication.

2 Account Registration & Verification

For Sports Betting, bets may be changed or cancelled before the match begins. Once a live bet is accepted, it cannot be modified. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, ec333 reserves the right to void or restart that game session.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ec333 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action.

• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Abusing or exploiting the bonus system.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other players or staff.
• Attempting unauthorized access to ec333's servers or systems.
• Collusion or coordinated fraudulent activity.
• Use of a third-party payment account.

7 Account Suspension & Termination

Ec333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, particularly where a breach of Terms is suspected. The reason for suspension may not always be disclosed, especially during an ongoing investigation.

Members may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. Balances on accounts closed due to a breach of terms will not be refunded.

• A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 months).
• Re-registration after account termination requires prior approval from ec333.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, the account cannot be reactivated before the set period ends.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ec333 platform — including logos, trademarks, graphics, software, text, and design — is the intellectual property of ec333 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or using this content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Running promotions, creating websites, or selling products using ec333's name, logo, or brand identity will be treated as a legal violation. ec333 reserves the right to take legal action against any such infringement.

9 Limitation of Liability

Ec333 strives to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or third-party failures. ec333 will not be held liable for any losses arising from such disruptions.

Ec333 is not liable for financial losses arising from gaming. Gaming is a risk-based activity and members play entirely at their own responsibility. ec333's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the member under any circumstances.

• Ec333 is not liable for losses caused by third-party software or hardware failures.
• The member is solely responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to their account.
